The item for sale is for gown only. Gloves, necklace, earrings, headpiece, veil and wrap are not included. A crinoline (not provided) must be worn for best/full look. Gown is fully lined.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Shipment is made usually the next business day after receipt of payment confirmation via PayPal.
Please do not ask us to accept another method of payment. If you are not able to make payment via PayPal, please do not bid.
The fixed Shipping and Handling fees is charged to cover the cost of shipping, shipping supplies, labor costs (inspecting the item, packing, sending item to Post Office, tracking item, etc.)
Domestic Shipping for the United States - For regular shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail at our discretion depending on the size of your order. If you need an item delivered by a certain time, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping fees and scheduling.
Fixed Shipping and Handling Charges: US$27.00 (Domestic) within the United States per item.
We ship every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Once payment is received and clears the account, shipment is usually the next business day.
International Shipping - We will make international shipments to Canada and United Kingdom ONLY. Please do not ask us to accept your bid or ship internationally if you are not from Canada or United Kingdom.

Insurance is included for the first $100.00 for wedding gown orders only. Additional insurance may be requested at additional costs. Bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, flower girl dresses, evening gowns as well as accessories (crinolines/petticoats, veils, bridal garment bags, headpieces/tiaras and gloves, etc.) orders do not come with insurance coverage. If you are purchasing other merchandise that is not a wedding gown, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance. We will not be responsible for any damage or item lost during transit.
SALES TAX: 8.25% for California Residents, 0% for Out-State Residents
RETURN POLICIES - We now offer a return or exchange policy if you are not satisfied with our wedding gown. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Clearance gowns, sample gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, flower girl dresses, evening gowns as well as accessories (crinolines/petticoats, veils, bridal garment bags, headpieces/tiaras and gloves, etc.) are a final sale. Any refused or non deliverable merchandise will also incur a 30% restocking fee. Any claims of defective merchandise will be inspected by TiggyPiggy. If the gown is defective, it will be replaced with the same size, color and style of gown ONLY. We offer a one-time size exchange (per transaction) should you order the wrong size gown. If another style is requested, this will be treated as an exchange. All exchanges are subject to gown availability and stock on hand. If buyer request a different style gown, buyer will have to pay for the price difference. We will offer a refund or exchange on any wedding dress purchased through auction provided the following conditions are met:
- You must notify us within three days of receiving the wedding dress (verified by tracking information) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Upon receipt of your RMA#, you must ship the new and unworn item(s) back within 5 days of issuance of RMA number. Item(s) must arrive at our facility within 7 days to be eligible for the return/exchange.
- We will refund or exchange the item exclusive of delivery charges.
- For exchanges, you are responsible for the Shipping fees of returning the gown to us as well as the Shipping fees of the new gown being shipped to you. Please refer to Shipping Terms for rates.
Terms of return, refund and exchange policy:
-The shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Refund will be issued only with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
All returned item must be in its original brand new condition. (No stains, no makeup, no alteration, no animal fur or hair, etc.)
- All refunds are issued via PayPal.
Buyer must contact us within 3 days, from the delivery date shown online (verified by tracking information). (If buyer contacts us after the 3rd day (4 days after the delivery date shown online), the item(s) will no longer be available for return, refund or exchange.)
- Buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our facility prepaid and insured for the return or exchange. We recommend that the buyer use a courier with tracking information.
- Refund or exchange will be granted once the gown has been returned , inspected, and deemed that no damage or alterations have been made.
For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the exchanged shipping costs of the item(s) back to the buyer. Please refer to shipping and handling fees for your country above.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please check measurements carefully and make sure they match you own measurements.
- If you have questions about measurements please email us. We are happy to help you choose a size.
- All buyers should contact us in the event that their item is not exactly what they expected. We are eager to ensure that every transaction ends on a positive note.
