For regular domestic shipping within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail at our discretion depending on the size of your order. If you need an item delivered by a certain time, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping fees and scheduling. International shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail International.

***For large shipments, special orders or combine shipping, we may use UPS (United Parcel Service) at our discretion depending on the size of your order.


Credit/Debit card payments by PayPal ONLY. For security reasons, shipment of item will be to buyer's confirmed shipping address provided by PayPal ONLY.

During the checkout process, PayPal will ask you (the buyer) to verify your shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that your shipping address is correct in PayPal. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is undeliverable or needs to be reship, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fees.

Buyer will be contacted by seller through email within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers must reply this email within 24 hours to confirm the purchase. Payment must be received within 3 days from seller's notification to buyer. If payment is not received, item will no longer be available for sale.

All OPENED wedding, bridal and evening apparel (wedding gowns, bridal gowns, evening gowns, clearance gowns, sample gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, flower girl dresses) returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

All other OPENED wedding/bridal accessories (crinolines/petticoats, wedding veils, bridal garment bags, headpieces/tiaras, garters, bridal gloves, guest books, ring pillows, wedding albums, pen sets, flower girl baskets, etc.) returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge or $5 minimum, whichever is greater. Buyer pays return shipping. All exchanges are subject to product availability and stock on hand.

If buyer request a different product, buyer will have to pay for the price difference. For exchanges, you are responsible for the Shipping fees of returning the item to us as well as the Shipping fees of the new item being shipped to you.

Refund or exchange will be granted once the item has been returned, inspected, and deemed that no damage or alterations have been made. Please contact us prior to sending in your return or exchange.

All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to be process.

Returns/exchanges without a RMA# will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows sign of usage or damage by Buyer due to misuse or accident.

All return merchandise must be carefully packed and insured to avoid any lost or damages during the shipping process.

No consideration of refund or exchange will be accepted regardless of circumstance after 7 days of receiving item(s).
